2009 Connecticut Outfitters Season Long Icefishing Tournament Rules

This is no longer a kill tournament only

No purchases necessary.

Photos of fish will be accepted as entries. 3 separate PRINTED photos will be required.

First photo must be of angler holding fish, entire fish must be pictured.
Second photo must CLEARLY show fish laying next to or on top of tape measure.
Third photo must CLEARLY show the head or tail of the fish on tape measure. Measurement will be to the tip of the tail and in 1/4" increments.

Photos must be presented in person at CT Outfitters. Emails containing photos will not be accepted.

Ties broken by heaviest fish. Second tie breaker goes to the first fish entered.

Fish released and entered by photo will have ZERO weight entered.

All fish weighed and measured at Connecticut Outfitters in Hartford.

All fish must meet the minimum length requirements (see below).

All fish caught in CT waters by legal means through the ice only.

Longest fish wins each category.

All qualifying fish eligible for Grand Prize drawing. One Grand Prize entry per fish, unlinmited entries per person for regular categories.

Fish must be weighed in by close of business on Friday, 3-13-09.

Grand Prize drawing will be held on Saturday, 3-14-09.

All winners will be notified by e-mail.

Minimum Length Requirements

Pike 36".

Walleye 18".

Crappie 12".

Trout 18" This includes brown, brook and rainbow trout.

Bass 18" This includes smallmouth and largemouth.

Perch 12" This includes yellow and white perch.

Catfish 18" This includes channel and white cats.

Striped bass 28".
